Recruitment Agencies

The Smooth Group work a strict PSL for any recruitment needs. We will be conducting a full review of the PSL early in 2012.

We periodically use agencies to support our permanent recruitment needs. We work with a number of generalist and specialist agencies on a preferred supplier basis to meet the needs of the Smooth Group.

Are you interested in working with the Smooth Group?

If so, send us an email clearly explaining the following:
  • Which industry sectors do you specialise in recruiting for
  • Terms and Conditions
  • A detailed description of the process of your company follows to ensure that every single candidate is of the highest possible quality and closely matches our job description
  • What is your rebate policy for newly based candidates who leave within the first 30 days
Smooth are very particular in terms of the level ad quality of service we expect and therefore feel it of the utmost importance that to have full knowledge of your companies process and expectations before entering into business.

There are currently no opportunities outside our PSL arrangements to work with the Smooth Group to supply temporary and permanent staff for current vacancies.
